Ultimate Epoxy-5 is the perfect Epoxy Gel adhesive for bonding any Fishing Rod Component that requires a quick strong gap filling bond. Specifically designed for mounting tip-tops, where slight gaps may exist between the taper of the rod blank and the straight tube of the tip, Ultimate Epoxy-5 will provide a strong structural gap filling bond that can be released with mild heat when a tip needs to be replaced. Ultimate Epoxy-15 is a 2 component Epoxy Gel specifically designed for the Rodbuilder who requires an extremely strong bond with a slightly longer working time than 5 min. Perfect for mounting all components including grips, reelseats, buttcaps and tip tops. Ultimate Epoxy-15 provides a super strong bond with no added fillers that can be fished in as little as 20 minutes. Ultimate Epoxy-15 is an absolute necessity for the high volume production shop or Large Scale OEM where time is money, or for the causal builder who’d rather be fishing than waiting on their epoxy to cure. Its GREAT STUFF!

Ultimate Epoxy Slow Cure Gel/Optimum Flow
Ultimate Epoxy is a 2 component Epoxy Gel specifically designed for the demands of adhering fishing rod components. Unlike many gelled epoxies that use fillers which can reduce strength, Ultimate Epoxy takes advantage of special thickening agents which have no effect on the inherent strength or flexibility of the cured epoxy. Designed for adhering parts which do not have optimum fit, or may require the filling of slight gaps, Ultimate Epoxy provides excellent wetting characteristics without sagging, and will not shrink or crack once cured. Ultimate Gel is 100% waterproof and will not crack or peel, and remains super strong and extremely flexible under the most extreme conditions. Structurally bonds Carbon, Fiberglass, Bamboo, Cork, Foam, Wood, Aluminum, Nickel Sliver, Nylon and much more. 30-40 minute potlife, cures in 6-8 hours.
For those who prefer a thinner adhesive choose the Optimum Flow version. Its the same formula as the Gel but in a viscosity similar to honey. Great for building up epoxy hosels/ramps
