Due to product availability and shipping costs for my past most advertised product of choice, I must make the choice to drop this line. My goal for all customers is to provide the most current, up to date, and very best of products on the market. I have found a product that is the very best rod finish on the market today—DIAMOND II. For the best user-friendly rod finish that provides a bright clarity with far superior self leveling, making little to no bubbles in your applied finish—this is the one! DIAMOND II is a product of Bullard International, a company who not only has been around since the 1970’s but has a sterling reputation of offering the most innovative and quality products available to rod builders. DIAMOND II was the FIRST two-part epoxy specifically designed for guide wraps, created by Gene Bullard, the pioneer of so many rod building products and procedures. Gene is referred to as the “Father of Modern Rod Building”, due in part to the great contribution of rod finish for guide wraps which all rod builders use to this day. Other companies now offer many variations of this ground breaking discovery, but I have found the same thing to be true that Gene Bullard did many years ago—there is NO other product offered today for rod builders that comes close to the consistent results and quality of DIAMOND II.
